    Our client is currently the largest holders of Keyword Search Data in Europe, providing in depth granularity for campaign optimization and reporting.  They are a dynamic, driven and hungry team working out of London, Paris, Kiev, New York & Hamburg.

    Job description:

    Our client is looking for a Fun Loving, Vibrant & Energetic receptionist in London, who is looking to build a career in digital advertising. The role is responsible for the administrative and organizational management of the office. You will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. Essentially they’re looking for someone who can keep the office light hearted, can keep the team motivated and be the face of the business!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Office:

    -Phone duties

    -Responsible for day to day running of the office

    -Ensure office and kitchen supplies readily available and office presentation is of a high standard

    -Order supplies as needed

    -Collect and send post

    -Meet and greet visitors

    -Responsible for IT infrastructure and equipment

    -Responsible for communications between facilities/building manager and office

    -Responsible for Fire safety and Health and Safety

    -Trained as a qualified first aider

    -Support the Team with (inter)national business and travel schedules/bookings

    -Ad hoc PA tasks when requested by Team - booking meetings, etc.

    Most Importantly - Pick the team up when they’re feeling down and bring dynamism and energy to the environment!

    Requirements:

    Prior office manager & EA experience

    Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, MailChimp, and social media experience

    BA/BS or equivalent required

    Fluent in English
