    Roles & Responsibilities

    Sales Director USA (NYC)

    The primary role of the Sales Director USA is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, visiting, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. It is the Sales Director’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

    The Sales Director is also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients and building a strong and friendly relationship with its clients.

    The Sales Director will work closely together with the Supply- and Account team, who are responsible for the day to day operations and account management of his/her clients.

    Purpose of role

    • Manage existing Tier1 media agencies

    • Prospect for new agencies partners and convert them to client

    • Provide local presence to the JustPremium Brand

    Key responsibilities

    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

    • Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

    • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

    • Persuade and negotiate to convert your prospects to clients

    • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

    • Monitor performance of partners.

    • Provide support on all levels by delegating to you internal team.

    • Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s USP’s.

    • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

    • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

    • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.


    • 3-5 years experience in online advertising.

    • Strong network within the agencies/ trading desks.

    • Strong relationship management skills.

    • Self-starter who thrives on innovation and driving ideas forward. Effective problem solver.

    • Results-driven and able to identify and execute on new business opportunities or new process efficiencies

    • Excellent communication and presentation and persuasive influence skills.

    • Strong analytical thinker with good business acumen.

    • Master’s degree, desired but not required in finance, economics, marketing

    • Disciplined, well-organized and efficient – you have a detailed and methodical approach to every project

    • Willingness to travel


    Experience in online advertising and selling to media agencies.
