    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our Client are looking for a Head of Publisher Sales!!!! 

    This role has the opportunity for you to develop and work yourself up the ranks.


    • Minimum 5 years experience in a publisher or publisher facing role
    • Proven manager of publisher/agency relationships
    • Strong working knowledge of online advertising, ad serving processes, and technology
    • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Proficient in Excel (especially pivot tables) and PowerPoint
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work

    • Maintain the relationship between us and the client (publisher) by acting as the main contact for all operational, business development and administrative duties.
    • Work closely with the client to help provide maximum usage and value out of their platform to ensure renewal of contracts and the highest levels of customer satisfaction
    • Work alongside Publisher Sales Director to execute successful trials and bring new publisher business to the company. Work with Technical Operations team to integrate and onboard new clients.
    • Understand the client’s digital strategy and identify areas where we can provide extra value to them through current and future technologies. Work with Director of Publisher Strategy and our Product teams to scope out upsell and product development opportunities.
    • Work with publisher Ad Operations and Sales teams to determine best practices and roll out efficient contextual strategies. Work with clients to map Sales and Ops process to determine the best strategy for the organisation
    • Gather campaign data to analyse for case studies and prove performance and successful targeting.
    • Work with publisher Ad Ops and Sales teams to train and on-board, running regular client workshops and refreshers
    • Training, development and management of Publisher Account Exec to build skill sets and attitudes that drive a successful and thriving publisher account management function



    • Manage an effective publisher client meeting and comms schedule to ensure client satisfaction which will include training, technical hand holding, status meetings, product updates and contract renewal
    • Help build the range of sales and user collateral to ensure that processes and success are well documented
    • Campaign performance feedback to the Publisher team and customers, deployed on a regular basis
    • Quarterly client review and planning meetings
    • A good technical awareness of our range of products to understand commercial opportunities
    • Support Director of Publishers in organizing client events & forums
    • Represent us at Industry events and conferences
