    Roles & Responsibilities

    My client is a programmatic advertising partner that runs cross-device branding and direct response campaigns for brand and agency clients. By collecting poll-based, proprietary data specific to each client’s campaign, my client creates custom, targetable audiences, optimizes results in real-time, and provides unique audience insight throughout each campaign.

    Following huge success in the US they are now looking to launch in the UK and following into Europe. The Agency Sales Director will be part of the launch team in London and will sell their programmatic consumer choice based digital advertising solution to digital advertiser


    Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Prospect & close new business at digital ad agencies and brands within assigned territory
    • Book client & prospect meetings and maintain activity minimums
    • Build and cultivate strong industry relationships
    • Partner with Marketing to design custom regional events that support sales goals and create successful nurturing events for clients and qualified leads
    • Entrepreneurial desk management: monitor your agencies & clients, pipeline and own the renewal of an insertion order
    • Represent our brand and yours at industry and strategic marketing events
    • Demonstrate and communicate the value of the ChoiceStream to prospects and existing customers
    • Perform in accordance with monthly/quarterly goals, quota and measurements
    • Become a programmatic advertising expert


    The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and self-directed, possess exemplary communication skills, have demonstrated knowledge of online advertising and be willing to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment.  Qualifications include:

    • 5+ years of sales experience in digital advertising industry
    • Significant agency and direct brand relationships
    • Ability to create new business and clear hurdles - successful track record of smart cold calling/emailing in order to qualify for meetings is a must have skill
    • Top notch interpersonal skills - must possess capability to interact face to face, build relationships and present information in a clear and concise manner
    • The desire to WIN and own your territory is a must
