    Roles & Responsibilities

    In charge of the company hitting revenue targets.

    Managing all the Sales and Account Management teams globally.

    Ensuring that the Global Sales team are hitting their quotas.

    Monitoring and managing our churn and retention levelsEnsuring we are up-selling products to our client base.

    Monitoring and tracking the global CRM

    Managing compensation structures for all of Sales and Account Management Globally.

    Determine global commercial strategy to ensure we are the leaders in all markets.

    Coaching and recruiting the Global Sales and Account Management Executives.

    Engaging and speaking at Key Industry events

    Working closely with the Product team to determine the effective Marketing Strategy

    Sharing ideas and information with the Product team to help with Product Innovation.

    Working closely with the Finance team to project forecasts.




    Proven track record with minimum of 10 years’ experience preferably within digital

    Led teams of up to 30-100 people and was well respected.

    Experience in digital advertising (display, mobile, video, social...)

    Ability to recruit rockstars and manage a very high performing global team

    Always learning and being adaptable and dynamic

    Crazy ambition and wants to help build a billion dollar software busines
