Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will be joining the core Ad Operations team within this fast growing ad tech business.
Working in a close team optimizing programmatic display campaigns.
Liaising with Client Services, Technology and Analytics teams on a daily basis, the candidate must have extensive ad operations experience with a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB through major DSPs.
Optimising multiple programmatic / Display & Mobile campaigns
Working alongside other Senior Ad Operations overseeing and helping train 3 Junior Ad operations. -
Liaising closely with Client Services, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments
Requirements
2+ years online experience – preferably in performance advertising
Expertise around ROI advertising online
Clear communication skills
Excel skills (pivot tables being the main thing)
Experience using major DSPs (Either Turn, Mediamath, DBM, or obviously ideally AppNexus)
Strong Maths skills
Experience liaising with sales/agencies
Experience of managing a team/junior ad ops people
