    My client is one of the fastest growing Ad Tech businesses in London with an office in Hamburg also and ambitious plans to grow across EMEA and into the US by the end of 2015.

    What do they do? They utilise the power of search data with the creative reach of display to target desktop and mobile users when they are showing early intent to purchase. This is an award winning business with a great reputation in the market.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    The candidate will be joining the core Ad Operations team within this fast growing ad tech business.

    Working in a close team optimizing programmatic display campaigns.

    Liaising with Client Services, Technology and Analytics teams on a daily basis, the candidate must have extensive ad operations experience with a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB through major DSPs.    

    Optimising multiple programmatic / Display & Mobile campaigns  

    Working alongside other Senior Ad Operations overseeing and helping train 3 Junior Ad operations. -

    Liaising closely with Client Services, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments


    2+ years online experience – preferably in performance advertising

    Expertise around ROI advertising online

    Clear communication skills

    Excel skills (pivot tables being the main thing)

    Experience using major DSPs (Either Turn, Mediamath, DBM, or obviously ideally AppNexus)

    Strong Maths skills

    Experience liaising with sales/agencies

    Experience of managing a team/junior ad ops people
