What You Will Be Doing
As a Demand Side Sales Manager, you will operate and grow business with UK Ad Buyers. You will engage in a variety of tasks including executing a sales strategy across your territory, driving the qualification, negotiation & development of opportunities, reporting to the UK Country Manager, and coordination with the VP Sales EMEA.
Approaching & selling to Agency Trading Desks & Advertisers
> Position my client as a reference of choice for buying premium video inventory and be fluent about media ecosystem in UK to be able to tailor a media and technical proposal tailored for each opportunity
> Execute a sales strategy in programmatic video to address the expectations of advertisers, trading desks and media agencies; this means you can develop a strong understanding of your clients needs
> Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities engaging with relevant programmatic video ad buyers
> Build a strategic business relationship with advertisers & agencies (and their trading desks)
> Coordinate with the Demand Customer Service Team that ad spend is delivered smoothly through DSPs partners.
What You Need for this Position
> Direct digital sales experience with agencies and/or trading desks. A background selling in a sales house (ad network or publisher sales house) could prove an advantage
> The ideal candidate would have an ad network background with a significant experiencedTech.
> Very strong track record in sales achievements against quantitative targets
> Very strong contact base among agencies, trading desks and key programmatic companies at operating levels
> Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media sales
> Passion for online video advertising and technology
