    Roles & Responsibilities

    My client is seeking a Senior Publisher Account Manager who has the proven ability to understand, thrive, and deliver exceptional results on behalf of the partners who utilise their technology solutions. The Senior Publisher Account Manager , based in the London office, should have 4+ years of account management, partner management, or client services experience. The right candidate has relevant industry experience, is resourceful, comfortable and required to manage and grow a dedicated list of accounts. This is a role that leads partner relationships and is the single point of contact for partners. 

    The Senior Publisher Account Manager is also responsible for partner success and driving incremental value by managing cross selling/up-selling.

    The Senior Publisher Account Manager drives ongoing cross-functional collaboration working closely with business development, operations, engineering, finance, product marketing and product management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing a portfolio of partnerships primarily in the UK and other European Markets
    • Team up with Business Development account leads to more actively support account growth
    • Serve as the main point of contact on all business-related questions for both internal and external audiences
    • Proactively communicates with publishers to ensure they are satisfied
    • Provide reporting training for new publishers
    • Working with publishers to set expectations on inventory needs based on advertising demand
    • Reviews daily delivery reports to monitor and respond to unexpected inventory fluctuations
    • Utilising SalesForce to ensure all publisher information is updated and accurate
    • Scheduling bi-weekly calls, meetings, and quarterly business reviews with key publishers
    • Consistent cross-functional collaboration between business development, finance, engineering, product management, and operations
    • Successfully lead projects as directed

    Basic Skills/Requirements:

    • Ability to effectively conduct business in English
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentations)
    • A proven track record of launching and managing distribution relationships
    • Strong programme management and collaboration skills
    • Online Media / Internet / expertise required or knowledge of online advertising industry
    • Strong cross-functional skills, including ability to motivate and influence immediate team members and non-reporting groups to meet business objectives
    • Ability to think creatively and provide vision and areas of expansion for the partner business.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.  Superior problem-solving capability.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
    • Excellent process management and attention to detail.
    • Energetic, enthusiastic team player.
    • Passion for customer satisfaction.  Strong customer commitment.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot table usage) and PowerPoint
    • Experience and Education:
    • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including experience in partner account management or client services. 
    • Direct experience in online advertising a plus (specifically video or mobile)
    • BA/BS required
