    Roles & Responsibilities

    The search is on for the best Commercial Anaylist in the market ....An amazing opportunity to work at one of the worlds leading search retargetting companies, which converts consumers in Real Time.

    The candidate will be responsible for the analysis of all search term and campaign data, including production of bespoke trend, performance insights. Our structured search data provides user intent targeting of programmatic direct marketing campaigns, it is with this goal in mind that analysis should be focused. The work will be both directed with clear deliverables (by Ad Ops and Customer teams) as well as undirected for novel insights, with the opportunity to create industry white papers and key business opportunity analysis that help each area of the business improve performance on their respective campaigns.

    The role is technology focused and so requires an individual with technical ability but also experience of working with data and real time bidding within the programmatic environment. An important part of the role will be to drive a product roadmap toward analytics platform for both campaign reporting and self serve insights – so a high degree of business acumen is required. 

    The candidate must have a good foundation in display or search advertising, analytical, practical solution finder and importantly be able to visualize their work clearly to all levels of the business.




    Analyze large amounts of transactional and behavioral data, using statistical modeling and pattern analysis techniques, to understand the nature of the business and uncover new opportunities.

    Work closely with the ad operations, finance, data and product teams

    Participate in the planning and design of new reporting and analysis products for internal and external use.

    Communicate research findings to technical and non-­-technical audiences internally and externally



    Required skills:


    Min 2yrs analyzing programmatic performance and commercial trends within a Programmatic environment 

    Proven experience with ‘big data’ and audience segmentation

    Proven experience with statistical analysis

    Exposure to research statistics and experiment design and analysis

    Familiarity with SQL or similar querying languages

    Advanced Microsoft Excel 

    Experience in advanced report building to improve team efficiencies and insight

    Good insight and report visualization/presentation skills

    A good degree (2:1 or higher) in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.

    Good teamwork skills

    Preferred but not essential - Exposure to high-­-level programming languages, such as Python, Matlab, or R for data modeling
