    Roles & Responsibilities

    My client's mission is help premium publishers, TV broadcasters and video sales houses operate their own private marketplace monetization. Their platform allows publishers to apply their existing business rules to the programmatic video ecosystem. 

    The Role

    As an EMEA Sales Director, you will operate and grow business with EMEA Ad Buyers. You will engage in a variety of tasks including defining and executing a sales strategy across your territory, building & leading a sales team, driving the qualification, negotiation & development of opportunities.

    Responsibilities 

    * Approaching & selling to Agency Trading Desks & Advertisers

    * Positioning our company as a reference of choice for buying premium video inventory

    * Implement a sales strategy in programmatic video to address the expectations of advertisers, trading desks and media agencies; this means you can develop a strong understanding of your clients needs as a thought leader

    * Identify and engage with relevant programmatic video ad buyers among the above make your team build a pipeline of demand opportunities

    * Build strategic business relationship with advertisers & agencies (and their trading desks)

    * As a sales leader, you will drive the negotiation of ad spend on international campaigns and annual agreements for local and global advertisers 

     

    Requirements 

    * Direct digital sales experience with agencies, trading desks, ideallywith a background selling in a sales house (international adnetwork or publisher sales house)

    * Proven Sales experience with yearly revenues and targets in excess of $3Million.

    * The ideal candidate would have an ad network background with a significant experience in AdTech.

    * Very strong track record in sales achievements against quantitative targets

    * Very strong contact base among agencies, trading desks and key programmatic companies at operating levels

    * A strong teamwork attitude

    * Candidate is expected to be fluent in English

    * Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales leadership

    * Passion for online video advertising and technology

    * Committed to delivering results for our clients
