    Position: Media Operations Manager

     

    Reports to: Head of Operations & Ad Tech

     

    Our client are an award winning, successful digital media agency based in central London. They're a 50-strong agency, comprised of 4 teams: Digital Media, PPC, Natural Media and Data / analytics. They're 100% independent and thus are not constrained by random bosses in America, proscriptive agency trading agreements, opaque trading desks or anything else that gets in the way of doing the very best job possible for their clients!


    The Role:

     

    They are looking for ad ops professionals with anything between 3 – 5 years experience to join their Head of Operations & Ad Tech to run the internal media operations management within the agency.


    This role offers a fantastic opportunity & clear career path within media operations with a huge amount of exposure to different tech vendors & innovative solutions in market they are working on.


    Key responsibilities of the Media Operations Manager:


    • Supporting the Head of Operations & Ad Tech in establishing best practices in campaign setup – spanning cross all tech (Ad serving, content verification, tagging, tech integrations).  They have a dedicated trafficking resource in the agency already – so the role will primarily be in standardising processes & ensuring correct procedure is followed.


    • Supporting the Head of Operations & Tech in on-boarding new clients & campaigns, including managing tasks to deadlines and liaising with third-parties to accomplish tasks


    • Delivery of the campaign monitoring and go-live support for all campaigns


    • To provide support in co-ordinating & compiling of tagging/ tracking setup recommendations across the agency through liaising with stakeholders in the agency


    • Organisation & supply of ad specs


    • Ensuring creative deliverable dates are kept on top of & clients chased where appropriate (same for client tag implementation)


    • To be on top of, and give a monkeys, about the latest industry developments & technology in market, and input into your day to day.


    • To build an understanding of the other disciplines within the agency (PPC, Natural Media, Data & Analytics) to enhance your proficiency in your role
