    My Client

    My client enables advertisers and agencies to run higher ROI Display and Retargeting campaigns with their Programmatic Advertising platform. Their customers benefiting from the latest RTB technology and reduced commission rates, all helping to maximise their campaigns and spend. Set up is simple with a full range of licensing options, from a free subscription for newcomers to online advertising, to a white label solution for larger advertisers.

    Due to continued success they now require someone to head up the Enterprise Sales division, managing a team of 2 and showing leadership as they fast track growth of the pipeline and revenues.

    The Role

    They are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to join their growing sales team. They will be responsible for the UK / Europe territory and will manage and build an Enterprise desk. The role involves selling full stack custom DSP solutions at a senior level and closing new business across multiple verticals such as retail, travel and education. Deal sizes will range from £200k up to £5M in value.

    You will report directly to the Commercial Director. 

    The Candidate

    For this Head of Enterprise Sales position, they are seeking a talented, experienced enterprise sales professional with experience in the programmatic, or digital performance space. You will ideally have a proven background within the programmatic ecosystem, for example you may have worked at a DSP, DMP, or independent trading desk. However, they will consider direct-sales backgrounds from the digital performance space as well.

    Must haves:

    • Proven experience in selling technology SaaS, media or digital to marketers
    • Track record working with direct-clients
    • Passionate about programmatic technology and media
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Nice to haves:

    • Start-up experience
    • Team leadership experience
