    The Company

    Our client is looking for a highly ambitious, efficient and effective Delivery Director who will be responsible for overseeing the guiding processes and respective delivery of all projects. The primary purpose of your role will be to build, lead and manage a Delivery team responsible for effectively and accurately scoping, planning and estimating work before successfully managing the resulting projects within budget, to deadline and to the high-quality standard expected.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Team leadership: build an ‘A-player’ delivery team providing day-to-day mentorship and management to a team expected to be upwards of six people by the end of 2015.  

    Process: lead the bedding-in and policing of a new end-to-end delivery process, which is currently in development. Own the evolution of this process to best enable the business to efficiently deliver quality content in line with business objectives and forecasted growth.

    Profitability: work with key members of the senior management team to identify and implement processes, owned and managed by your team on a day-to-day basis, that enable accurate tracking, and reporting of target margins/profitability on both project-based and retained clients.

    Project management: scope, plan, estimate and manage projects for key clients subject to the available capacity within your team as we grow. Act as the ‘quality gate’ reviewing and providing guidance on SoWs and other key project documentation produced by your team.  

    Resource planning: work with the Content Director to develop and implement a robust resource forecasting / planning process that, once implemented, will ensure that the Content and Delivery team’s time is best utilised. Own and manage this process and its evolution within the business.
