    My client is a dynamic, forward thinking Performance Marketing Agency and CPA Network based in Fitzrovia, London. They work on a variety of pricing models including CPA, (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPC (Cost Per Click) and CPI (Cost Per Install) across verticals and have a global reach, with international traffic across multiple digital channels. Our main channels include Email, Search, Display, Social Media and Mobile.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    As Sales Manager you will have a proven track record in performance marketing and will have strong relationships within digital agencies, and Advertisers direct. You will be overseeing the juniors in the advertiser sales team and be responsible for ensuring personal and your team revenue targets are met.

    Managing Agencies and Clients Direct

    Sourcing Pitching and closing deals

    Improving and managing the performance of Juniors in the Advertiser Sales team

    Managing and training Advertiser Sales Team

    Requirements

    2-3 years online experience – preferably in performance advertising

    Experience of pitching and closing West End agency accounts and direct advertisers

    Strong track record of performance against targets

    Excellent communication skills
