    This multi-award-winning digital advertising company is one of the fastest growing ad-tech businesses in the UK. They use their own search retargeting technology to prospect and convert consumers in real time. Market leaders in their space selling to all six major agency groups and working with the biggest brands around the world, they use their proactive understanding of global web activity to deliver individually tailored ads to the desired consumers at the point of intent. 

    A varied role with a mixture of client-facing and internal-facing responsibilities, the Account Manager will work closely with a Senior Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of agency clients. As well as being involved in upselling to clients, the Account Manager will also be involved in creatively strategising long term account strategy.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Increasing monthly rebooking revenues from existing client patch
    • Working closely with internal Sales, Adops, Product and Marketing teams to drive growth on key accounts, identify technical issues and product development
    • Growing overall spend on all accounts through proactive upselling and cross-selling
    • Building relationships with day-to-day agency contacts at Exec, Planner and Account Manager level to facilitate communication between the company and clients
    • Providing unique insight to clients using the company's unique inhouse tools, presenting Post Campaign Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to Tier 1 clients
    • Co-ordinating internal processes to facilitate the campaign going live process
    • Reporting into the Head of Account Management on rebooking revenue and providing campaign updates on Strategic clients
    • Tracking campaign performance and pro-actively presenting learnings, both internally and to clients

     

    Required skills and experience:

    • 2 years+ experience of client-facing work experience, ideally with media agencies
    • An analytical mindset and methodical approach to working with data sets
    • Interest in the online media industry, in particular in Online Display, Search and Ad Networks
    • Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and upsell
    • Strong communication and project management skills
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Office programmes
