    Roles & Responsibilities

    My client is a dynamic, forward thinking Performance Marketing Agency specializing in Lead Generation based in Fitzrovia, London.

    As UK leaders in Performance Marketing, my client works with some of the worlds leading brands and advertisers, delivering high volume, quality customers to their own clients on a performance basis.

    They work on a variety of pricing models including CPA, (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPC (Cost Per Click) and CPI (Cost Per Install) across verticals and have a global reach, with international traffic across multiple digital channels. Our main channels include Email, Search, Display, Social Media and Mobile.

    The Role

    As Sales Director you will have a proven track record in performance marketing and will have strong relationships within digital agencies, and Advertisers direct. You will be overseeing the Advertiser Sales team and be responsible for ensuring personal and team revenue targets are met.

    Responsibilities

    -       Managing Agencies and Clients Direct

    -       Sourcing Pitching and closing agency deals

    -       Improving and managing the performance of the Advertiser Sales team

    -       Managing and continued development of Sales Team

    -       Training new members of the sales team

    -       Setting quarterly targets

    -       Distributing and managing budgets allocations

    Skills & Experience

    Required skills & Qualifications:

    -       4-5 years online experience – preferably in performance advertising

    -       Experience of pitching and closing West End agency accounts

    -       Strong track record of performance against targets

    -       Excellent communication skills

    -       Strong social and networking skills

    -       Cake tracking experience beneficial but not essential

    -       Ability to plan, organize, manage time, prioritize tasks
